Daddy and mom decided to conduct 'chavala' function (first hair-cut) today in a simple way.  Hence, grandpa did all the ground work for fixing the venue at Nanjangud, kula-devaru's (home-deity) place of daddy.

Vidushmath is now looking like a boy.

My dance program in school

Ever since I joined for UKG in Carrot and Rabbit School, I found an opportunity to participate in school's Christmas Day celebrations.  Kindly have a look at the following video.

My brother Vidushmath is going with me everyday to my school only. He attends pre-nursery class.  For Christmas celebrations, he too participated in the school's dance program.  Here is the small clip of his dance.

Vidushmath dressed like a girl

In our custom, a baby boy gets his first hair-cut when he is three year old.  So he will have long hairs grown till then.  Just to keep in memory, a boy is dressed as girl before having his first hair-cut. (no ritual or custom requirement)  Hence, Vidushmath too was dressed like a girl and had his photo session.  Mom and dad are yet to decide about the date of chavala function. (first hair-cut ritual)

Mom is very talented and we get confirmed about this if we see the following assembling.  There are hundreds of small pieces to be used and fixed to get the final result. One should have high level of patience and intelligence to do this.

Deepavali Celebrations

Vidushmath and myself were so happy to see colourful lights and we bursted crackers. Vidushmath was afraid of crackers and he didn't approve bursting of crackers after experiencing once.  But, he liked to watch flower-pot and ground-wheel cracker most. We all enjoyed while papa and grandpa lighted these.
